One of the things that made me busy these days is I keep on looking for a Filipino traditional costume for my daughter’s dance presentation in school as they celebrate “Buwan ng Wika”. They are required to wear a Kimona Dress for their “Irog-Irog” folk dance presentation this Thursday.  I’m also looking for “Bakya” or wooden clogs, fan and headdress to complete her costume. 

I bought this dress her in our local shopping mall. This dress actually originated from the Visayas and it is usually worn as casual dress or for formal occasion. This casual kimona dress is always worn with matching West Visayan wrap around called “patadyong” as a skirt.

Motorcycle is in nowadays specially here in our place.
